Our unlimited ongoing support services provide unlimited telephone, fax and e-mail support at a fixed monthly rate on products we sell and support. Contact us as often as you like. As long we can provide the answer remotely via fax, telephone or e-mail without performing additional programming services or visiting you on-site, there is no additional charge. Think of us as your remote IT department.

We also offer inexpensive web and email hosting services to our unlimited support subscribers and we waive the initial setup and domain registration fees that non-subscribers are subject to. Our services are available to anyone, but unlimited support subscribers get a tremendous price break on our Internet services.

Since we are connected to your server remotely we keep it updated with critical Windows patches and Anti-Virus definition updates too.

We feel certain that the peace-of-mind and quality of service afforded by this service will justify its minimal monthly cost. In fact, you may quickly find yourself asking, "why didn't we do this sooner?".

Symantec pcAnywhere (or other remote control software approved by us) is required for this service.
