QBIK Wingate is an internet sharing package that allows multiple computers on your internal LAN to share a single public IP address. Many packages (including basic Windows operating systems) include NAT (Network Address Translation) services. Like Wingate, these packages allow multiple local users to connect to a single public IP address. However, Wingate significantly enhances this basic functionality by adding HTTP/FTP Proxy Servers, DHCP, DNS Resolution, inbound VPN, Traffic Monitoring by User, Logging, History Analysis, Basic POP3 email hosting, firewall, traffic throttling, HTTP caching and other many services all within a single application. It is the ultimate corporate gateway product for small to medium-sized organizations that depend on a single connection to the public IP network.

An optional anti-virus plug-in is also available which protects all HTTP, FTP and email traffic (incoming and outgoing) from viruses.
